We Do not offer refunds on Custom or Personalized Items unless the product is physically defective, Such as Torn, ripped. misshapen, non functional etc.
We do not refund or replace due to misspelled Names, text or incorrect dates etc. as we provide mockup for approval before production begins.
*It is the customers responsibility to review their orders before they place them and the mockups provided for any typos, misspelling, or errors.
(However, mistakes sometimes happen, even by us. If we are at fault for a mistake we will make it right.)

- Personalized orders
- Products that have become unusable or defective due to misuse or improper care.

If it is determined that you will receive a Refund , The customer will be required to retuned the defective item to us, once the item is received your refund will be processed on the payment method the order was placed with..
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Most of our Items ship Free to you, however there may me some items that required a shipping fee, if your item required a shipping fee be paid please note Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
